| 英文描述 | Pemphigous erythematosus might be an early stage or abortive form of pemphigus foliaceus or a crossover form between pemphigus and lupus erythematosus (Muse). Lesions are usually confined to the face, ears, and scalp, but mucosal lesions are not present. Dx depends on direct and indirect immunoflourescence testing, ANA tests, histopathology, and direct smears. Exacerbated by ultraviolet light. |
